First price above MSRP Our salesperson was a nice young man, but had no clue. Trying to be friendly, he contradicted himself a number of times. Admitted knowing nothing about an Impala -- could not answer basic questions such as "Was there a redesign in 2015?; how many cylinders?" etc. The topper, however, was that while the MSRP was a little over $39K, the first time he came with the price it was $42K because of the, and I quote "The value the dealership puts into the car." When asked what that was, his response was "Well, you know, just the things we add." We still do not know what those things are. We also visited with a manager who we asked to look for the a car we found on cars.com that was supposedly on their lot. He left, and was unseen for 45 minutes, at which time we left. More
