So, going into the Norman dealership I figured I was in store for more of the same crap I received from the others. I was presently surprised that it wasn't the same. Kyle was my sales person for my car search/purchase. Found the car I was looking for, and was overall quick process, took about 4hrs total. The only complaint I have is what all dealers do is to be more transparent. If you don't ask they wont tell you the amounts for the car, interest rates, etc etc. Again, overall was a great buying experience, I have also been back for service to be performed to the car, all of which was handled quickly and with respect to the customer (which is rare to find these days). More

Was told that I would get a second key then was told that I would have to pay for it. I even have text from my salesman that says that the dealership will order me one. The financing department keeps calling needing more info which before I left the place I asked them several times if they had everything that they needed. Now they treat me like I'm not important cause I'm not buying a car now. This is my first car I bought on my own. I've felt better after a bad date than doing business with them. Get your salesman to write everything that they owe they will tell you everything that you want to hear to get you to buy the car. More

A Very Good New Car Purchase Experience The dealership is nice, spacious, and has comfortable waiting areas. The automatic coffee machine is great and makes an excellent cappuccino. My salesman (John Monis) was attentive during visits, responsive via phone and text, and conducted himself in a professional and pleasant manner. He provided accurate product information for several vehicles. I was pleased with the purchase experience for my new 2015 Equinox. It had been used as a dealership courtesy vehicle for 3200 miles. The internet price stated on their website was very low according to pricing data available elsewhere online. Both the bumper to bumper and drive train warranties are extended the additional 3200 miles. The 2 years (24K miles) maintenance, tires for life, key replacement, and other items are a reassuring bonus of the purchase. More
