They gave us great $ for our 245,000 mile Ram 3500 that we traded. The sales management team didn't hide behind some wall in an office, the sales manager came out and visited with us throughout the entire process. It was a fast and enjoyable experience. The sales staff, sales managers, finance managers, service and parts are all TOP NOTCH! OKLAHOMA, we are lucky to have the Lander's Dealership's in our State. Ask for Bruce when you're ready to buy. Thanks Lander's Team. Zane More

Jon is the man When we walked into Lander’s, Jon was the 2nd person to greet us and he stuck with us until the deal was made. He helped me get the exact car I wanted for almost the exact price I wanted it. Jon was very knowledgeable about the inventory and products. If he got frustrated, he didn’t show it. We ran his legs off and he seemed happy to do so. I recommend going to Lander’s and asking for Jon. More
Sales gimmicks and price manipulation I first contacted this dealership when I was looking for a new Camaro. At the time they only had around $3k off the left over 2018’s. I was original I first contacted this dealership when I was looking for a new Camaro. At the time they only had around $3k off the left over 2018’s. I was originally speaking with an employee named Donovan Koldoff. When I found out their advertised pricing was “firm,” I told Donovan that other dealerships were taking $3k off the new 2019’s. His response was “well why haven’t you gone out and bought a 2019 then?” At this point I wasn’t going to bother with this dealership anymore. Around a week later, and I receive a text message from a salesman named Benedict. He of course tells me how they “really need my trade,” and how they have had “salesman who had guests asking for a car like mine.” Of course, this is just typical bs sales tactics, but I communicated back and forth with Benedict. Also come to find out, Donovan Koldoff was terminated. And this is about the only thing this dealership had got right with my entire experience with them. I eventually went in to the dealership to check out the Camaro I liked and to allow the dealership to evaluate my trade-in. My trade-in has 6k miles, is in excellent condition, and is valued $19k-$21,600 on trade. The dealership offers the most minimal amount of $18k-$19k. Seems a bit odd to offer so low when you supposedly have customers asking for my car. But here is where the pricing games begin. At this time, the Chevy rebates were only $1500 on Camaro. But the dealership was taking an additional $3k off, putting the car at $4500 off ($37,800). I thought about their offer but told them I would have to pass. The deal just wasn’t there. First off, they were on the very low side of my trade-in, without explanation of why it deserves the low side. And then it was only 10% off the price of the Camaro, which wasn’t that great considering it is previous years left over inventory. I told them I was going to wait until Dec 1st, when new rebates hit, and see if there might be better rebates. The morning of December 1st, the rebates changed and Chevy was now taking $4000 off in rebates. I get a text from Benedict saying he’s going to get my new car ready and he just heard about the new rebates blah blah. I told him to get me the numbers they are selling at now. He later texts me saying they are taking an additional $1000 off, putting the sales price at $37,800, and that last time I spoke with them they were at $38,800. But that last time I was there, I wasn’t “giving them I want to buy a sports car vibe. Is there anything more he’s missing?” The pricing games with this dealership is ridiculous. First off, they were originally at $37,800, but tried to BS and say they were at $38,800. So when rebates were only $1500, they were trying to sell the car for $37,800. But then when rebates become $4000, they are still trying to sell me the car for $37,800, and lying and saying they were originally trying to sale me the car for more. And they’re telling me about my “vibe,” because I didn’t want to accept low ball on my trade and buy a left-over inventory car for 10% off msrp. And then on top of it all, a couple hours after telling them all this, they change their online advertised pricing to $36,200. So I can buy the car for a low low $37,800, but they will sell to others for $36,200. Not to mention low balling my trade-in even though they have “guests asking for it.” Stay away from this dealership and their BS pricing games. Watch out for their “get you in the door” tactics and don’t let them screw you on your trade. I am not sure how their sales works, but it seems like maybe their salesman get their commission based on how much the dealership makes off the sales. Maybe that’s why the sales numbers get changed so much and why Benedict tried to lie about the original sales price and tried to sell me the car for more than they are apparently asking for it on their website. Whatever is going on here, this dealership needs some serious help and I hope management will address their issues. But what is obvious about my experience, is they tried to sell the car with Chevy rebates only and by no longer taking money off on their end. And they tried to make it look like a deal by lying about the amount the car was prior to the new rebates. More
