Eric got me in fast and kept the wait to minimum. Excellent Service over last 13 years with one exception related to power steering level not being checked years ago. O7 Silverado on the other hand has had more issues than it should since the start. When it was new the fuel sensor in the tank failed and left me stranded on the highway twice. Still does not read correct and I have to get gas when it tells me I still have 60 miles to go. I was disappointed in GM when transmission seal began to fail at 70,000 miles and was looking at a cost of over 2K on a maintenance issue for what I consider a relatively new truck. Rack and pinion seals also failed at what I consider early considering the truck sees Interstate use almost exclusively. Currently looking at about $2800 in work (Upper control arms need R&R {plus alignment}, Transfer Case Input & Output seals are leaking, and oil pan gasket needs to be replaced). Some or all of that can be attributed to 184,000 miles but the Transmission Seal and Rack and Pinion were not anticipated with a truck that had the miles it had at that time. Can't fault the service for any of that! They've dealt with each issue as they've turned up... and been very quick to fix the problems. The transmission seal is something I still live with due to the expense. More
