Never buy from this place landrum chevrolet. Bought truck a year ago .But had problem with it on day one but my husband thought it was transmission oil needed change .But no it was way worse. Josh Rogers went above and beyond to help me in my car purchase. Collision and Repair (CR) checked out RH rear panel on Blazer RS and indicated that panel was misaligned from factory. CR contacted Service Dept (SD) with list of parts needed. We went to SD and gave our Blazer RS and indicated that panel was misaligned from factory. CR contacted Service Dept (SD) with list of parts needed. We went to SD and gave our details etc. 6 weeks have passed and no feedback from SD as to when we should drop of the Blazer RS for the replacement panel install etc. Service advisor seems incapable of returning calls to either of his 2 numbers regarding update status etc. Not what we expected from Landers. This does not bode well for future purchases. More

Landers was great to work with. I did quite a bit by phone and email. The experience was great in person too. No hassles, just had to wait for the car since supply chain issues were I did quite a bit by phone and email. The experience was great in person too. He was always easy to reach and got back to me, which is the most important thing. I recommend for sure. More

I took my dodge charger in to them in Sept and don't get it back until Oct for the transmission. now it is back in the shop again for the transmission again. I took it in on Monday and i have'nt heard from it back until Oct for the transmission. now it is back in the shop again for the transmission again. They were the worst dealership I've ever visited. They did a deal all funded then GM saw trade value. Called bank and unwound deal. We now have to sue for damages and credit hits.
