Collision and Repair (CR) checked out RH rear panel on Blazer RS and indicated that panel was misaligned from factory. CR contacted Service Dept (SD) with list of parts needed. We went to SD and gave our Blazer RS and indicated that panel was misaligned from factory. CR contacted Service Dept (SD) with list of parts needed. We went to SD and gave our details etc. 6 weeks have passed and no feedback from SD as to when we should drop of the Blazer RS for the replacement panel install etc. Service advisor seems incapable of returning calls to either of his 2 numbers regarding update status etc. Not what we expected from Landers. This does not bode well for future purchases. More

I took my dodge charger in to them in Sept and don't get it back until Oct for the transmission. now it is back in the shop again for the transmission again.
