Representative, (Kasie Goff) was super nice and very intelligent regarding my Malibu's problem. I had purchased an extended warranty, (not from Landers) and am very disappointed with how the deductible intelligent regarding my Malibu's problem. I had purchased an extended warranty, (not from Landers) and am very disappointed with how the deductible works, (same engine light problem from 3 weeks ago when Landers fixed it) but had to pay same warranty monies again. I feel should have been covered because not fixed 3 weeks ago. Oh well. More
Tom was such a sweet heart. He got my car in as soon as I got there that morning and made sure I knew where the waiting room was and let me know an approximate wait time for the work to be done. He turned it back on and laughed with me about how something so simple can make our day. He DID NOT laugh at me for being a scatterbrain that morning. The service folks worked hard to identify the problem with my new truck. Unfortunately, it required an additional visit with an extensive test drive while hooked up to a laptop. I got my oil changed last year at Landers and you guys honored this so when I went in on Saturday I didn't realize there would be an issue but there was. When I first got there, Kasi was really nice but when it came time to pay and her manager said they would honor the agreement that I had with Crossroads, she wasn't very happy. First she told me that I would have to bring my contract in the next time and then she told me that I didn't need to bring in my contract because they would never honor it again. She wasn't very nice about it either. Having dealt with Crossroads for so long who was very customer friendly, I was very disappointed in the way I was being treated More
