Poor service department and vacant showroom. Took my SRX in for removal of dead rodent in air/heat vent system. Was charged $300+ for removal. That price should have included thorough detailing, but it didn in for removal of dead rodent in air/heat vent system. Was charged $300+ for removal. Communication was very good. Shortly after our Equinox began displaying engine trouble our vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. Landers did not hesitate in providing my wife a loaner car to drive home wh began displaying engine trouble our vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. Honestly in the next 30 months I will be buying a new or a relatively new truck - Landers will be my first stop. More
