Friday at 3:30 PM while driving though Joplin on way to Ohio, I felt a slight slapping sensation in the front end when I applied the brakes. I called Landers Service Mgr. Tom who got me in right in to fin Ohio, I felt a slight slapping sensation in the front end when I applied the brakes. I called Landers Service Mgr. Tom who got me in right in to find a completely blown out Bushing holding the A-Arm. They got the parts ordered that night, got them first thing in the morning and had them replaced including and alignment by 10:22 AM that very next morning. The car has never driven better! Service advisor, Corey Stansill, did an excellent job keeping us up to date on a difficult auto repair. We knew what they were doing to correct our problem and the cost to do it. Why do you make appointments if you don't atempt to keep them. My appointment was for Thursday at 8 AM and it was Tuesday afternoon before you even looked at it. When I had my vehicle in to be fixed the first part of the year I had to recall and said I wanted it fixed and they didn’t do it. The service people are not taking care of the customers very well. We were treated very professionally with concern and friendliness. Since the car had to remain overnight they gladly supplied a loaner without us asking for one.
