Dealer did provide a courtesy vehicle while requiring 6 hours on 2nd trip to find that they had not seated the oil dip stick properly causing the check engine light to come on again after the first shop v hours on 2nd trip to find that they had not seated the oil dip stick properly causing the check engine light to come on again after the first shop visit of $540 and 4+ hours sitting and waiting at the dealership to flush sludge out of the engine of a 33,000 mile vehicle. Not happy at all. I understand I did not buy the car from you. (Crossroads). But in buying them out you should be obligated to honor the deals that were made. Had tires for life and have just over 30,000 miles on not just one set but two sets of tires. Now I’m told you only honor tires for life with one set. I don’t understand that you put a set of tires that only last 15,000 miles and now I have to pay for the next set. Not good business in my opinion. Will only deal with you when I have to going forward and you can dam well bet I won’t be purchasing my next automobile from you. Sorry but very pissed right now. More
