I have my oil changed and tires checked and every time >we have engines for life and tires for life, but now that we need new tires you are not going to honor the agreement. you said that i didn't have the tires rotated enough. what a cop out , so that how you treat a disbled viet nam vet, we will never be back, if that the kind of service you have for senior adults . I was shocked when I was told the cost of my oil change. Landers Chevrolet charged me $12.31 per quart for 8.8 quarts of Mobil1 oil. After I left the dealership I called another Chevrolet dealership to fi Landers Chevrolet charged me $12.31 per quart for 8.8 quarts of Mobil1 oil. After I left the dealership I called another Chevrolet dealership to find out how much they charged for the same oil. They charge $7.00 per quart. I then called a local lube center and they charge $5.35 per quart for the same oil. And contrary to what it states on the invoice I received, I was not given an advance quote on the job. I feel I was ripped off by over $50.00. Therefore I will never do business of any kind with Landers Chevrolet again. And as an officer of our local Corvette Club, I will make sure that all of 60 members are made aware of the treatment I received at Landers Chevrolet. More

Their resolution was for me to do another 111 mile round trip with NO COMPENSATION!!!! Save your time and money . Stay clear. FYI another dealership that goes by the name of Hendrick brought a diesel tech in on a Saturday, and completed the needed maintenance on my truck. Again all I can say is don’t waiste your time and money. Stay clear!!!! More

Being away to server an Ohio church 2013-2016, we purchaaed our fine Malibu in Marrieta, returned home to Anderson, and resumed our relationship with your dealership. All of our service work business has gone to you. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE YOU DISCONTINUE THE CAR WAS - please consider re-opening that. From the beginning, our favorite service rep has been Lou - he communicates very well, cares, and goes the extra mile. We're here to stay in Anderson since I have retired as a pastor, and expect to stay on with Landers. Should we ever purchase another new car, Landers will be our first stop in exploring options.
