Not impressed with the knowledge with the sales person. I thought the business person we dealt with was borderline arrogant, not rude but arrogant. Update: never got that call, but really did not expect it, or need it, but I was thankful for the response. Good luck and hope service department will work harder to help your customers and take serious when you done work on an auto and its not fixed to help the customer when they return to the dealership and are truned away because you are way to busy to fix your problem, but offer them another day to come back. Remember never treat the customers as if you are doing them a favor by working on there auto. Hope this helped. More
