When called for appointment asked for engine for life oil additive. The forgot to to add it when I asked about it when the brought the truck back and said service was complete even though it was in the notes additive. The service manager acted like it was no big deal it was forgotten. Almost as if the customer service aspect is non existent in this dealership. After I prompted the service manager that it was requested and still needed some and I asked how we could still get it completed as requested he then informed me I would have to go to parts and purchase it there. He was kind enough to walk back with me and after purchasing he did put it in with the oil. Hopefully it wasn’t over filled. More
