This dealership is very well taken care of with a pleasant feel when you walk in. We came to just look and meet Bobby Mac who was wonderful. The purchase of the vehicle when smooth. My only complaint or concern if you will is we brought to the attention of Bobby that we had found a couple of things broken in the car. He stated that he would talk with the shop and have those fixed before we left with my new car and he would put it in our paperwork. As things progressed I felt like I was being blown off and it was no big deal. When I questioned it I was told that the seat would basically have to break completely then they would replace it and hopefully it will happen while still under warranty. The other piece that is clearly non functional and needs repair was left and I was told that when I bring it in for my oil change to let them know and they will look at it. This is very disappointing when you are buying a “new to me” car. More
