Wanted to buy a new car from the local Chevy dealer but. I was already financed and ready to buy a new car. After shopping around a lot I had narrowed it down to one on Crossroads lot. The salesman was very friendly, but when it came down time to deal with the price, I felt very ripped off when it came to my trade (and I'm not unrealistic either; I was going by Kelley Blue Book) and was even willing to go down a little bit. I feel Crossroads has the attitude that they are the only Chevy dealer in the area (there is one in Neosho and two nearby in SE Kansas so not sure why they feel that way). I was able to call around and easily found the exact same car for a lower price (saved about $2,000) and got a better rebate (an additional $500!). They also didn't tell me that since i was a current Chevy owner and on the Manifest list for Chevy that I could get an extra discount, even when I asked about this. I think they were shady and I'm glad I purchased the car from another dealer in Kansas. More

this dealership is very slimy on how they do busniness they do not take the time to go through all of the product with you i spent 60k there and regret all of it. all they want is your money then do nothi they do not take the time to go through all of the product with you i spent 60k there and regret all of it. all they want is your money then do nothing more with you my truck was missing things it was suppost to have added at dealership and when they where confronted aboutit they would not give me the items but they where very happy to charge me again for the items. they also did not pay off my trade in a resonably time like they said causing me to have a charge on my account to stop my auto payments they also did not want to give me my cash back check. will never go to this dealership again. I purchased a used 2008 GMC truck with 32000 miles I was asked if I wanted to buy a extended service contract. I was told this would cover my truck for 60 months or up to 100000 miles with a $100 deductibl asked if I wanted to buy a extended service contract. I was told this would cover my truck for 60 months or up to 100000 miles with a $100 deductible the cost was $2700. The service id card says effective date is 07/02/10 contract term 60 months 100,000 miles. I have been having problem with the front door locks not working so I wanted to get this fixed I call the number on the card and they said my service has expired they told me the 60 months started when the truck was made. When I purchased the truck I was told I would be cover for 60 months or 100,000 miles. I call Crossroads Chevrolet Joplin Mo and talked to the general manager he told me he would check on it. I think I was sold a service contract under false promise. More
Update from my previous post on 10-1-11. Do NOT buy from this dealership! After researching the deal, it was NO deal at all, except to line the dealership's pockets! They really pour on the charm and pressure, throwing numbers at you late at night on the last day of the month just to get you to sign. When you think you are getting a good deal, you are NOT! They BURIED me in a Cadillac STS and made a ton of money, not only on my trade in (which they seriously low-balled), but a 2 point bump on the finance interest rate. Additionally, I am sure they got the dealer cash ($9000) that they said they gave me as a discount to the car and gave no additional discount off the MSRP, despite the fact it was the last 2011 STS they had and it had been sitting on the lot over a year! Additionally, no follow-up satisfaction call was ever made; guess they figured they got my money, laughing all the way to the bank so the customer didnt matter! Will never purchase from this shady dealership again and seriously considering a BBB complaint. More

I took my car in for regaular maintenance and to have a tire presure senor replaced. I was told I would be called when my car was done. I took it in at 7:45 and it was completed at 9:30. I called several times to find out if it was done. Finally they told me it was done at 3:30. Six hours later I finally found out it was done. I am not happy with the service department on this issue.
