Our salesman,Ricardo Gerad, introduced himself and immediately went to work showing my husband corvettes. We test drove one and fell in love. What a gorgeous car. Ricardo went above and beyond in helping us with negiotiating a right price. Ricardo is very professional but witty. Great sense of humor and compassionate. All the salesmen were friendly and courteous but our relationship with Ricardo Gerad turned into a friendship. He also negotiated and I got myself a 2015 Dodge Ram. Hats off to you Ricardo Gerado!!!! More

Even with the draw of free oil changes for life, we have decided it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the ridiculous level of incompetence. Excellent experience Upon arriving to Crossroads dealer ship I was introduced to Ricardo Gerard. After a few minutes Ricardo Gerard made me feel like he was a take charge sales person, I was impressed with Ricardo Gerard knowledge of the inventory and of the vehicle I was looking for. Ricardo Gerard . Ricardo Gerard went to his inventory and brought back the 2007 the red corvette that I was interested in. My wife and I took it for a test drive and came back to the dealership were we were greeted by Ricardo Gerard, at which time, as usual I was a smart xxx and began giving Ricardo Gerard a lot of xxxx. I have a tendency to do that not to be mean, but that is my personality. Lol, well Ricardo took with a grain of salt. I and my wife apologized for my behavior, and asked to seethe other 2007 Corvette, it was yellow and a targa top. Ricardo Gerard went to get the vehicle and brought up to us. At this time my wife wanted to see what both vehicles looked like with the tops down and off. Ricardo Gerard didn't hesitate he jumped right to it and explained what he was doing. My wife and I were very impressed. We decided to take the red convertible. At this time Ricardo Gerard had his biggest challenge with me. Ricardo Gerard and I began the negotiations. Let me tell you Ricardo Gerard really worked for that sale. At the end we decided that we wanted another vehicle for the wife at which time Ricardo Gerard had really worked hard for me. Well the whole feasco started all over, but Ricardo Gerard stuck with us and Ricardo Gerard sold my wife a 2015 Dodge Ram P/U, she loves it. Ricardo Gerard didn't stop there he proceeded to take pictures of both of us with him and us with our individual vehicles. Then Ricardo Gerard asked us if would like to be friends with him on Facebook, we were both delighted that he aked that and responded we would be happy to be friends with him. Do to the professionalism that Ricardo Gerard showed us that was the best experience I have ever had with a Dealership. You have a great sales person in Ricardo Gerard. Thanks Ricardo Gerard for making myself and my wifes experience a wonderful one. More
Worst experience ever Buyer beware. I bought a 2011 corvette. They didn't set up Onstar or XM radio so I had to do that myself. They didn't provide an inspection with the p Buyer beware. I bought a 2011 corvette. They didn't set up Onstar or XM radio so I had to do that myself. They didn't provide an inspection with the paperwork so had to drive back over an hour drive to get that. The remote garage door opener on the sun visor would not work for my garage door. Eric, the sales manager gave us his cell phone number and promised he would take care of it. He won't answer or return calls. Got ahold of Everett, same thing. He said he would take care us, after several promises, undelivered on, he won't answer or return calls. Same thing with the service manager, talked to him and he was going to take care of it. He won't answer or return calls. Left a message for Greg Woods, general manager, he won't return calls either. All they are concerned about is making the sale. Customer service is non existent. This dealership is a joke and I will NEVER set foot in there again. More

I had went in there and talked to a sales guy, and filled out the credit app, then explained to him that I was going to look and for sure pick out the car I like, and come back with my boyfriend a couple days later to buy. He informed me that they don't practice selling cars so since I wasn't buying THAT day, he wouldn't help me. He told me to go look on the lot and if I have a question he'd answer it. I also got told that we aggravated him because my boyfriend wasn't present at the time, so my trip there was pointless. That was my first time going in there as a new car buyer and I will never go back to buy from them. More

Crossroads Chevrolet Joplin MO Crossroads Chevrolet delivered the Van I purchased sight unseen. Which I never had agreed to in the many vehicles I have purchased in my life time. Crossroads Chevrolet delivered the Van I purchased sight unseen. Which I never had agreed to in the many vehicles I have purchased in my life time. With this being stated, I should have continued to walkout their doors with my first intuition. The sales department attempted to deceive me with their first offer. That's when I walked out. Before I could leave; this young man had hurriedly followed me to my vehicle and stopped me before I drove off. He stated that he is the sales manager and he could help me with everything from this point on. This young man located the passenger Van in which I had been searching for. He explained the Van is located in Oklahoma and he could have it at their dealership within three days. He also stated that I needed to sign the contract to confirm that we had a deal so he was able to present this to the owner of Crossroads for the approval to purchase the Van from the auction. I explained to this young man I do not sign vehicle purchase contracts without inspecting the vehicle first. He stated, I should trust him and that the vehicle is clean and has less than 20,000 miles on it. He then reminded me that the vehicle has the factory warranty with the addition to Crossroads Chevrolet will offer tires for life as long as I own the vehicle with an addition to oil changes as well. I signed the contract. This played out to be a colossal mistake! When I arrived to finalize the deal the young man brought the Van up front and parked it in the shade. The young man gave me the keys and thanks me for my business. As I was approaching the Van, I noticed that the Van had been side swiped on the driver’s side. I am not talking about a few scratches! Starting about 30 inches beyond the driver's door and midway in the panel is a side swipe dent bad enough that you are able to see the structural side beams of the Van. I quickly asked this young man about this damage. He stood there and tried to convince me that he never noticed the damage. He stated he would take care of it with no problems. I continue to inspect the Van and noticed that the factory trailer hitch had been removed. I asked this young man where the trailer hitch was. He said he did not know anything about the trailer hitch. He stated that the dealership is able to install a new trailer hitch for the cost of $400.00. The purpose of this statement, if you plan on buying a vehicle from Crossroads Chevrolet, I would recommend that you visit a different dealership. In the event you do visit Crossroads Chevrolet, be sure to don your prophylactic body suit! Crossroads Chevrolet had no intention of installing tires for the life of this vehicle. They may own up to their life time oil changes but I am sure they will create a mechanical issue with your vehicle somehow so in which they can keep their doors open and their mechanics working. In summary do not trust them! The thieves they have representing them is who they are. They had no intention of servicing this Van, tires for life. They accomplished what was necessary to sell a vehicle. With the damage to the side of the Van and the trailer hitch being removed. Crossroads Chevrolet instilled a deliberate mistrust issue so I would never bring this Van back for what they had sold it on the promises of. More
