Overall the dealership and the people are very nice. The service on my vehicle was not nice. After the second time I brought my vehicle home and found out the work was not completely resolved. The service was very good. I waited a couple of weeks so that I could reserve a loaner and it was well worth it. This way I wasn't worried about how long my car would take. The only complaint I have is that though they "washed" my car before returning it, they did a less than stellar job. I know it is complimentary but I had to have it rewashed so .... if you are looking for a loaner car because your car can't be diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 full days (it takes this long to just diagnose the problem apparently) then this is NOT the dealership fo can't be diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 full days (it takes this long to just diagnose the problem apparently) then this is NOT the dealership for you. Loaner cars are not available until at least June if at all. They do provide Lyft however which is nice but its mind boggling about the loaner cars. My car is still not fixed but I had to get it back because its my only car and we are waiting for the part which comes from the UK. This seems to be the same across all land rover dealerships here since i called them all. so just beware. More
