I love my car but I'm not happy with the dealership. After service, my car was as dirty as I took it. And why don't you have loaners??? Joe is what makes this particular Land Rover dealership special. I live far, but Joe personally dropped my car off to me several times. And picked it up. He also stayed on top of my repairs - there was an special. I live far, but Joe personally dropped my car off to me several times. And picked it up. Jack Elliott is my favorite rep at this location. There we only two people who showed my wife and me courtesy. Everyone else was unprofessional and uninviting. Land Rover Woodland Hills can definitely for use a customer service upgrade. Every customer should be greeted with a warm welcome regardless of race, color, creed, or demographic. At its current state I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle at this location. I wouldn’t even invite them there to do service checkups. I will contact corporate with hopes of having better experiences in the future. More
