Taking my car in is never a chore that I want to do but Jack at Encino Land Rover made it easy! When things were taking too long in the shop, he got me right into a loaner car. Took car in for routine maintenance and check of a burnt out headlight bulb. Received car back with brown stains covering the car, had to take it back to be rewashed. Once home looked over the paperwork, no out headlight bulb. Received car back with brown stains covering the car, had to take it back to be rewashed. What a waste of a visit, another month before an appointment can be scheduled. More
