I purchased my car at autonation dealership and i bring it here to get fix since they are part of autonation cuz my car is under warranty The service advisor Joseph Johnson was horrible with me he just ki it here to get fix since they are part of autonation cuz my car is under warranty The service advisor Joseph Johnson was horrible with me he just kick me out of the store telling me they can do nothing for me he was very discriminatory towards me since my English it’s not perfect (I’m from France ) He was Very negative don’t even take time to listen to me or ask me what I need it. he was a very nasty attitude He shouldn’t be work here dealing with customers. After 2 days nobody call me back I went to pick up my car they didn’t even checked it I was so upset until the service manager came and he was worse than his service advisor he start screaming at me telling me they didn’t take care of my car I can’t believe he as this position of manager he shouldn’t be working there either. They are not professional disgusting behavior I will never bring my car to your dealership. I will report behavior to the GM of the store and make sure they kick him out like they did with me. This level of discrimination shouldn’t be accepted anywhere. More

I purchased my car at Lexus of Cerritos. I was told that the prepaid maintenance package I purchased could only be used at an Auto Nation dealership. Woodland Hills Land Rover is the closest to my home in Valley Village. I was surprised when they told me that they don't usually work on Toyotas but they would do the service. When I picked up the car, I asked if there were any recommendations. They responded that because they don't work on Toyota they don't look at other maintenance other than the oil change. I was kind of surprised. The service people were very kind and communicated well. I would hesitate to bring my car there for service other than for the prepaid maintenance. I just can't drive 50 miles to Cerritos for maintenance. More
