Land Rover Encino - Service Center

I have been going to this dealership for sales and services for over 5 years. It has been wonderful but this last visit it was horrific on the service I received when I brought my car in for new brake services for over 5 years. It has been wonderful but this last visit it was horrific on the service I received when I brought my car in for new brakes, windshield, and others. The service Advisor Megan was nice but did not do her job in getting my car fixed fixed or communicating to me. My car was with service for almost a month. Why and how long it would take as not communicated and it was so difficult to get a hold of her and anyone in services to know where and what my car is being serviced for specifically. I will not take my car back there and only because Tommy the Service Advisor stepped in the matter was taken care of best as possible. I lost trust in this dealership first time in my life I didn’t get a receipt of work performed when I picked up my car. More
