I purchased a new vehicle from Land Rover Woodland Hills on May 14, 2025, and had a very mixed experience. Let me start by praising Kevin Butler, my salesperson. He was honest, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. Kevin made me feel at ease and was one of the few bright spots during my visit. He truly deserves recognition. However, my interaction with Amir Mansour (Customer Financial Services Director) and Kia Taj (Customer Financial Services Manager) was extremely upsetting. I was aggressively pressured to purchase add-ons I didn’t want, and I was falsely told that my warranty would be void if I didn’t service the vehicle at their dealership — which I’ve since confirmed is completely false under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. When I calmly pushed back, the tone turned hostile. I was met with raised voices and dismissed with a sarcastic, “Good luck with your Range Rover.” I left the dealership physically shaking and emotionally distressed — something I never expected from a brand like Land Rover. I’m currently consulting with legal aid and preparing complaints to Land Rover USA, BBB, and the California DMV. No customer should be treated this way. More

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and ensured I had a thorough test drive. One of the highlights was securing a special interest rate currently offered by Land Rover, which came with some terms and conditions that were very reasonable. I was also able to trade in my old vehicle, and the offer I received was better than I had anticipated. To top it all off, they gifted me a car cleaning kit—a thoughtful touch that added to an already great experience. I highly recommend Land Rover Woodland Hills to anyone looking for a premium car-buying experience. More
