Dino was the person who helped us, and he made the process incredibly smooth and easy, even though I was coming from out of state to buy the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming, and the environment felt super homey. They made sure the car was spotless and looking its absolute best when I arrived. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the extra touches, they even sent me off with a bunch of snacks for the road! Small things like that make a big difference and really show how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend this dealership and Dino if you’re looking for a seamless and friendly car buying experience! More
We were told that the service appointment would be 2 days. It ended up being 5, and only 2 of the 5 tasks were complete. I tried to get updates along the way with almost no responses until day 4. Very d days. It ended up being 5, and only 2 of the 5 tasks were complete. I tried to get updates along the way with almost no responses until day 4. Great service from top to bottom. My vehicle was inspected from tires to any type of leaks. Love that they are honest and send me the video of what needs to be repaired. I have been going to this dealership for sales and services for over 5 years. It has been wonderful but this last visit it was horrific on the service I received when I brought my car in for new brake services for over 5 years. It has been wonderful but this last visit it was horrific on the service I received when I brought my car in for new brakes, windshield, and others. The service Advisor Megan was nice but did not do her job in getting my car fixed fixed or communicating to me. My car was with service for almost a month. Why and how long it would take as not communicated and it was so difficult to get a hold of her and anyone in services to know where and what my car is being serviced for specifically. I will not take my car back there and only because Tommy the Service Advisor stepped in the matter was taken care of best as possible. I lost trust in this dealership first time in my life I didn’t get a receipt of work performed when I picked up my car. More
