I like my service agent but I don’t like the dealership or service dept. I waited over 2 weeks for a loaner and when I got there unfortunately we have no more loaners. I recently switched to Land Rover West Houston after not getting satisfactory service at another dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to address my service issues in a timely manner, but they also getting satisfactory service at another dealer.
