I purchased a car from this dealership in April of 2021. I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed t I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed to fix my issue after two separate trips in; I was told to reach out to Aubrey Cook the Service Manager. I am now 23 texts, 9 calls and still ZERO follow up on my issue. He has stopped responding and is pretty much no longer helping in my giant lemon of a vehicle. It seems with this dealership that when they can’t fix, or have a solution they stop communication all together. Do NOT buy here. The true test of a dealership is how they respond when there is an issue. This place is terrible. Don’t buy from them as if there is any issue they’ll abandon you at the first chance they get. I’m filing a claim tomorrow with the BBB, Attorney General of Texas and exploring my legal options as this vehicle I bought is a giant xxx. More

Christine did a great job communicating the major issue with my Discovery Sport. She worked with my insurance company to reduce the repair cost to me. I believe the service consultants are doing the best they can within the rules they have to follow. I got great service and continuous updates from Alejandro as my vehicle was serviced. A parts shortage can within the rules they have to follow. I got great service and continuous updates from Alejandro as my vehicle was serviced. A parts shortage had my car in their shop for nearly a month, but I know how supplier de-commits can go so not really his fault. My biggest bone to pick is dealer pricing is about double what you would expect, so A major repair is going to be really, really expensive. More
