This was my first experience with Land Rover West Houston. I was not sure what maintenance and related services I needed. Edwin welcomed me to the Service Department and explained every detail thro Houston. I was not sure what maintenance and related services I needed. Morris at Land Rover West Houston’s service department is the best! We bought a used Land Rover back in September 2021 and for the first two months we had it the check engine light kept coming on. We brought the best! We bought a used Land Rover back in September 2021 and for the first two months we had it the check engine light kept coming on. We brought it in several times only for the light to reappear again a few days later. Finally I was lucky enough to get Morris as my service rep. He understood my frustration and worked tirelessly at finding the problem. He figured it out and we haven’t had a single issue since. If you go in for service at Land Rover West Houston ask for Morris! He’ll take great care of you and your vehicle. More

I purchased a car from this dealership in April of 2021. I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed t I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed to fix my issue after two separate trips in; I was told to reach out to Aubrey Cook the Service Manager. I am now 23 texts, 9 calls and still ZERO follow up on my issue. He has stopped responding and is pretty much no longer helping in my giant lemon of a vehicle. It seems with this dealership that when they can’t fix, or have a solution they stop communication all together. Do NOT buy here. The true test of a dealership is how they respond when there is an issue. This place is terrible. Don’t buy from them as if there is any issue they’ll abandon you at the first chance they get. I’m filing a claim tomorrow with the BBB, Attorney General of Texas and exploring my legal options as this vehicle I bought is a giant xxx. More
