I brought my Discovery in because the display screen would go in and out and would also get stuck on the reverse screen. There was also a rattle in my passenger side speaker, Morris was extremely profe would go in and out and would also get stuck on the reverse screen. I called the dealership because I was due for a service. They scheduled me weeks out for a routine service. In spite of having an appointment at 10:30 am they still didn’t have a loaner and was supposed to They scheduled me weeks out for a routine service. In spite of having an appointment at 10:30 am they still didn’t have a loaner and was supposed to call me when one came in but never did. I called later in the evening to follow up because I heard nothing from them and they said one had come in but forgot to call me. When I dropped the car off my service person wasn’t there and they gave me a dirty loaner and acknowledged it was dirty when giving me the keys. It was for 1 day although unacceptable I didn’t have a choice. I either take the car or wait more weeks. When I returned the car my service person wasn’t there again and the lady that I dealt with was not nice at all. They didn’t tell me anything about what was done and I didn’t receive a single report about what was completed, what needed to be done in the future, or even when my next service was needed??? I have owned many luxury cars BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Alfa Romeo, and Land Rover and refer a lot of business to dealers. All of the dealers regardless to my specific service rep being there or not, review what was done and provide documentation as to what they did. The long service waits, lack of attention and courtesy is confusing because all the other brands are able to do it and all of them are much busier than Land Rover. This is not the first time I experienced this type of service from this same dealership. More
