I have always had great service here. I worked with Jay this time and will definetly ask for him again. He was fair, upfront, and worked well to answer all my questions. They were upfront about what needed to be done and didn't try to add unnecessary services. This is in contrast to other Land Rover dealers in town who are rude and lack professionalism. This is the only Land Rover dealer in this metro area I'll go to. Highly recommended. More
USED TO B GREAT WHEN JOSE B. WAS there , because he was very knowledgable of my landrover. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE SERVICE MANAGER —instead the got rid of him (probably because WAS there , because he was very knowledgable of my landrover. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE SERVICE MANAGER —instead the got rid of him (probably because new guy felt threatened). NEW SERVICE MANAGER knows nothing, about my car AND THE BROKE MY CAR DOING RECALL WORK, but he was not willing to evaluate and correct problem. So dont trust him!! Then he charged me $85 for new gas cap that I didn't need as if that would fix it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! And plan to report them to LR USA. More
Be aware that of this dealership, one of my closest friends had a horrible experience with his vehicle oil change. They completely messed up by doing the oil change with the wrong aftermarket parts. Although the service reps are polite , I feel like Landrover service does not support the luxury vehicle model and every time I go I have to fight for warranty issues, a loaner and for a call back. I love the Range Rover but I do not love the service or customer support . I was on the verge of purchasing my second Range Rover but will not purchase another one now . This is not the fault of an individual service man but the fault of the dealership and corporate office . You want to sell luxury vehicles but you don’t provide luxury support. More
BE AWARE THAT DEALER USING AFTER MARKET OR WRONG PARTS FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR. I own 2020 bmw x7 m50i. I bought my car from auto nation ford dealer and i purchase 5 oil change with some discount at that FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR. I own 2020 bmw x7 m50i. They told me i need to go to auto nation landrover dealer for an oil change because my car needs a special tool. I went to autonation landrover dealer for an oil change. After that my car started leaking oil. I taught its an engine problem and my car has warranty so I took the car to the bmw dealer and they told me who ever did the oil change they have spilled oil during oil change and made a huge mess under the car. They’ve cleaned it up and i came back home. After that car was still leaking oil so I took it back to bmw dealer. This time around lifted the car and find out they installed wrong oil filter and a wrong o ring. I discuss with the general manager and he agree they never use oem parts ANY CARS even with 200 k cars. Bmw dealer quoted me to fix the issue and they had to completely clean under the car due to lots of oil spill/leak. It cost me $500 and so I took this bill to the landrover dealership. They refuse to reimburse me this cost because I did not take the car back to them to service it. I just couldn’t trust them to do anymore work on my vehicle so i decided not to take my car back to them. I have also spend so much money to get my drive way clean up/ degreased and not to even mention time I had to take off from work to take care of this issues!! I have only asked them to be responsible for the charges to fix their mess up!! Which they refuse to pay!!! More
