I believe the service consultants are doing the best they can within the rules they have to follow. I got great service and continuous updates from Alejandro as my vehicle was serviced. My biggest bone to pick is dealer pricing is about double what you would expect, so A major repair is going to be really, really expensive. More

The dealership is immaculate, the service team is exceptional! I bought my Range Rover in for it’s annual check up (it’s free for my birthday).
