I already publish my review about the purchasing experience an it was great, unfortunately after 1 month of owning the used vehicle I purchased from this dealer I got a little disappointed with my o experience an it was great, unfortunately after 1 month of owning the used vehicle I purchased from this dealer I got a little disappointed with my ownership experience, here the reasons and my advice for future customers, hopefully this can save headaches an money from costly repairs. I experienced multiple issues that could’ve been found during initial inspection, some of them very evident some others not so evident but from my perspective those are part of the inspection process. My advice to future customers: 1) ask the sales person to do not warm up the car, you can hear a lot during cold starts. 2) do not assume the dealer checked everything, include simple things on your checks, such as wipers, coolant level, brake pads, air conditioning system, etc. take you time to check everything in detail because once you are out the door it becomes you problem. 3) make sure you get service records if available, if the vehicle was tuned of modified ask the dealer they still can contact the previous owner, specially if you are not sure what tuning was done an what modifications were done that you need to care about. 4) ask the dealer they made any repair after they received the vehicle from previous owner. I hope this review helps future customers that want to get used vehicles specially from dealerships. I will recommend this dealership but they have areas to improve on their used vehicles quality standards, specially for a premium brand. More

I had an issue with the speed limiter control on my 2018 Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jaguar E-Pace and took my car to the Jaguar Dealership in the Troy Motor Mall in Troy, Michigan. The Service Department, especially service advisor Jeffrey and his immediate superior, spent a lot of time and effort inspecting and testing the car, reading and analyzing the software engineering codes, and working with me so that I would feel comfortable and safe operating the car. Jeffrey even took the car home with him overnight to experience different driving conditions. My issue was resolved, and I am extremely grateful to Jaguar Troy and give them “Five Stars.” More
