SERVICE by DAVID WHITE Encore Specialist David White, is an excellent specialist. He is was so helpful in explaining that I have other options on my car that I was not notified about. David brought me a loaner, picked up my car on time and returned in a reasonable time. David White should be recognized as a great Encore Specialist.
