I got assigned a service rep which I hate there should be multiple people that should be able to take care of me. The service rep did not seem like a happy person and was not very communicative during the wh multiple people that should be able to take care of me. The service guy was very nice. I asked for a loaner car, they picked my car up and dropped off my loaner. I would expect that for $100k vehicle.
