Land Rover Sudbury

After several communications with this dealer, I made an appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to cal appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to call me which was a lie. With the info I have, it’s obvious that the car was sold even before I made the appointment to see it. I rearranged my whole day to make the trip there which took up nearly half a day. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership but won’t buy another. More

Once again service at the LandRover Sudbury dealership goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. My service advisor was Bryson. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership because I had a light pop up th goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. My service advisor was Bryson. Bryson as always took down all the information he needed from me and assured me all issues will be addressed and they were. His understanding of great customer service is exceptional. That’s why that’s my landrover dealership of choice. I was also very impressed with the service manager, I didn’t get her name. Another class act. When I went to pick up my vehicle my service advisor was attending to another customer, the service manager coming out of what seemed like the tail end of an important huddle with her employees took the time to go locate my service advisor and updated me so I don’t feel neglected. True customer service and care cannot be bought. Both of them have it. I always enjoy my experience there. Oh my car is also great by the way :-) More
