When I returned a few weeks later, Matt and the business manager promptly accepted my offer and promised to locate and transport the exact model I have in mind from NJ to MA. At the delivery, Mike did a tremendous job walking me through the terrain response system, electronics setup, Bluetooth phone pairing, navigation system, and off-road capability. Really, I can go on and on. Compared to previous car buying processes (I owned few Toyota/Honda cars in the last decade), I must say that this is the first time I truly "enjoyed" the car buying experience. In fact, even though this was my second Range Rover Sport, I learned things about the capabilities of the car that I had never known. He was patient as he walked me through the navigation system and extremely competent in highlighting all of the features that were new to me in this model. He spoke directly to me and was enthusiastic about ensuring I knew everything I needed to know to have the best driving experience possible. When follow-up became necessary in closing out on registration and inspection details Mike personally contacted us and made sure that we understood exactly what was required to finalize and made sure that all was resolved in time for me to take the car on its inaugural road trip for Mother’s Day weekend!
