Ever since I first stopped Good Day, I'd like to offer some feedback on an associate at the Land Rover Sudbury dealership, Steve Jutkiewicz (sp?). Ever since I first stopped in to the dealer in Nov. 2010, through the point when I purchase a pre-owned Jaguar XF from him (2009, 37,5000 mi), I have been extraordinarily pleased and satisifed with the care, attention, and service that Steve has provided. Most recently, after an extended discussion and investigation into a significant wheel vibration problem that was traced back to a pre-existing condition (severely bent wheels that existed prior to my purchase), Steve handled and coordinated resolution of the issue with his traditional good humour and customer commitment. Steve's follow-through and follow-up have been exemplary, and have certainly influenced my interest in going straight to him, LR Sudbury, and Herb Chambers in general for my future automobile purchases, and for referrals as well. In summary, Steve is a genuine pleasure to work with, and is truly a valuable asset and a credit to your organization. These days, such a dedicated professional is hard to find! Peter managed the service on my wife's LR3 today and we had a fantastic experience. Upon calling Peter about a minor problem at 5:30 PM, the very next morning her car was picked up at our home & a loaner w had a fantastic experience.
