Very difficult to make a service appointment. I never received a call back from 4 messages left on The automated message system. The Wait for availability of loaner is too long. We are very unhappy about our recent service with you. On Monday, February 24, we had a 10am appointment and they took the car in right away. however, I did not get any feedback until about 2pm. I had been waiting for the car during that time and had to ask them 3 different times for any updates. Twice they were still waiting to diagnose the vehicle and on the 3rd time, at 2pm, they informed me that they needed to keep the car overnight. They ordered an Uber and paid for the Uber to Sutton. They also paid for the Uber the next day. When they called me the next day, they mentioned that they needed to order a part. This part was on back order and they would let us know when the part came in. The part came in, but they never called me . They only confirmed that the part was in when I called about the status this past Monday, March 3. We have no idea when the part actually did come in, but nobody called us to schedule the appointment. The soonest available date they offered us was Friday, March 14. The service has not been good. They did not offer a loaner either. I gave you two because we did appreciate that you paid for the Uber both directions. More
