The waiting room for the service department is not great when you have to wait for over two hours. Although I have not experience dealing with the Sales Team, I do however have the greatest experience with the Service Team. Showroom is good. Service area looks like it was built in the 1920s and the waiting area in service was no where near what a Jaguar standard should be.
