Showroom is good. Service area looks like it was built in the 1920s and the waiting area in service was no where near what a Jaguar standard should be. I’ve gone to this dealership twice for the free Jaguar service. The people in the service department are very nice, but I’m glad I don’t have to go there anymore. I had to drive two hours, one way, to get service. The people in the service department are very nice, but I’m glad I don’t have to go there anymore. I had to drive two hours, one way, to get these free services, as there’s no Jag dealer where I live. Both times I went to have my vehicle serviced, I was told it would take two hours, it wasn’t, it was four hours, both times. I was hoping the first time was a fluke, but it appears they seriously underestimate the time they take to service a vehicle. More

We had an appointment to have repair work done. One door lock was to be fixed. We got there to the repair shop and soon found out that wrong part was sent. And we live in Montana about four hours a One door lock was to be fixed. We got there to the repair shop and soon found out that wrong part was sent. And we live in Montana about four hours away. The friendly lady there at the shop handled the situation well and arranged it so that we can have the part - hopefully a right one - sent to us and we can have a mechanic here locally fix. All under warranty which by then would have expired. That will save us another trip to Spokane. More
