We have had good service experiences in the past, but our recent visit did not meet our expectations. We drove 6 hrs from out of state for our scheduled appt, which consisted of two open recalls and new brak recent visit did not meet our expectations. We drove 6 hrs from out of state for our scheduled appt, which consisted of two open recalls and new brake pads for our 2023 Range Rover. The dealership was aware of the work we needed done. I even called to confirm the warning on the dash was for worn brake pads. We stayed in Spokane overnight, and arrived earlier than our 8:30 appt. At check-in, we were told our car would be ready early afternoon. We hadn’t heard anything by 3:30, so my husband went to the dealership to wait… assuming our car had to be close to finished. He waited two hours, and when our car was returned at 5:30, he was told they didn’t fix the brakes because they didn’t have the parts. Our receipt shows that we denied brake service, which my husband disputed at the dealershiip. He was told that was the only way to handle it in the service software. So we drove away with our brake pad warning light still on and our car unwashed. Now we will need to find a local service option to get our brakes repaired, as we can’t make another two night trip anytime soon. More
Had appointment for 2 months. Dropped car at 8:00 am back to pick up car at 5:30 pm. Did not resolve any concerns. Had car entire day no work performed. Absolutely disappointed.
