He did not hesitate and took us out to see the exact car that I was looking for. He was super knowledgable about the vehicle and its features. Ken was very pleasant, not pushy, but after that test ride we just had to make the purchase. We had a vehicle to trade in and we knew that we had owed more on it than it was worth. Ken worked with us and we came to a comfortable decision and now we own a new Range Rover Evoque. Gary Busaca worked on the financing and was also very friendly and did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing products that we were not interested in. I couldn't be happier. More

Mislead on New Car Warranty Wilde took over Southpointe LandRover dealer in 2016. Upon my first visit I was informed that my cars records had not be loaded into the Wilde system. Wilde took over Southpointe LandRover dealer in 2016. Upon my first visit I was informed that my cars records had not be loaded into the Wilde system. Then my service rep from Southpointe either left or was terminated. Each subsequent visit I've encountered some problem. It took the service department 4 tries to fix a suspension issue. The excuse I was given is the head service manager was out and only he could fix it-what a joke. Two months ago I was told my new car warranty had expired in April and not this Nov-4 years from the date we bought the car. I was told the car had been bought by Southpointe in April and that is when the mfg warranty began. This was never disclosed to me when we bought the car. Our salesman confirmed he was not aware of it either. I've checked every form given to us when we bought the car and no where does it state the warranty started in April of that year. More

Stopped by Wilde Land Rover after seeing a Mercedes out front, at that point my wife was trying to decide between Audi, BMW or Mercedes. Thought we would have to visit at least three lots to make a decision. Upon greeting us Bryan Miller explained they had all three late model versions on the lot. Bryan assisted us in test driving and comparing models side by side. By mid-afternoon my wife had made her decision. We had not planned on being able to do the comparison in one stop, so my wife’s trade-in was still in the garage 70 miles away at home. Bryan managed to close the deal and finalize the trade at our home the same day. This saved us from a 140 mile round trip back to the dealership with the trade-in. The variety of vehicles at a single location was impressive. Not only did Bryan Miller go the extra mile, Bryan went an extra 140 to close the deal. In case you were wondering my wife chose the Mercedes. More
