My car purchasing experience I purchased a used Porsche Boxster from the dealership; at the time a check engine light was on and service pronounced that the fault had been rect I purchased a used Porsche Boxster from the dealership; at the time a check engine light was on and service pronounced that the fault had been rectified. The light came back on as I was driving home-- these things are irritating, but not that unusual. I am a sometimes Florida resident and was leaving for home in NY the next day. I called Bryan Miller my sales rep; Bryan said no problem just let us know when you will next be in Florida. I was back several months later and set up a service appointment and had the opportunity to meet Toby Gray the service manager. I brought the car in and they had to keep it overnight. They gave me a loaner car-- a new Jaguar sedan-- for the evening. The fault was corrected--fingers crossed-- and they took great pains to explain exactly what had been done to rectify the problem. There was no charge for the work even though the purchase terms are written somewhat differently. The whole process was very professional and at every step they exceeded expectations. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation--- 5 Stars.... More
