Excellent Customer Service - Shayne Gilley and Joe Serrone! I went to the dealership when the cover over the wind shield wipers on my Range Rover flew off my car and was damaged. It really freaked me out. I went straight to Wilde when it happened. It wasn't the dealership's fault and I wasn't sure of the response I would get. Shayne Gilley, the Service Director, was so receptive to my situation and ready to help. She immediately stopped what she was doing and went out with me to examine the car. She ordered a replacement part. She furthermore sent me to Joe Serrone in the Body Shop who immediately took my car in and buffed out the scratches perfectly. Shayne and Joe's response to me was exceptional. Great customer service. Their response to me far exceeded my expectations and is so, so appreciated. Thank you! More
