I do not recommend using this service department at Land Rover or purchasing from here. I bought a Range Rover and immediately had issues with it that were not disclosed while test driving. We tried to retu Rover or purchasing from here. I bought a Range Rover and immediately had issues with it that were not disclosed while test driving. We tried to return it immediately but they refused and said the value of the car decreased in less than a month. I went to get a diagnostic due to a check engine light and was told the fee to do the diagnostic would be credited towards any repairs; however, that wasn’t the case. They did unauthorized repairs that were not approved and refused to honor crediting the diagnostic fee. The repairs were not fully done by Range Rover due to the outlandish pricing of $10,000, but yet my check engine light mysteriously went away. No return call from the service manager and no apology, only deflecting and blaming past employees. More

Bad dealership never buying a car from them again. I’ve bought from them since 2008 service use to be great before this big move . Need to hire new service manager! I did not need my car to be serviced yet. And John informed me when the service time would be. Then he checked and the recall art wasn’t in stock. Found out when the part would be in, checked And John informed me when the service time would be. Then he checked and the recall art wasn’t in stock. Found out when the part would be in, checked my car and reassured me my car was in good condition. They will call me when part is in. I would suggesting the scheduling department check on parts etc when we schedule. More
