An absolutely shameful experience. I expected better. This dealership failed to provide my copies of the purchase paperwork until 55 days after I bought the car. This prevented me from registering the vehicle on my own, despite the agreement that they would do this. Of course here at 55 days, they still have not made any progress whatsoever on submitting the paperwork for registration. My lien holder has threatened to raise my interest rates since the loan is not secured through registration, and in 4 days I will no longer be able to drive the car as the temporary tags will expire. I have largely been ignored by all levels at the dealership (the original salesman, the finance personnel, and the general sales manager all ignored emails over the past nearly 2 months attempting to complete this transaction.) Not once has there been an apology or a proposed solution to permitting me to drive my purchased vehicle without threat of fines or penalties once the tags expire. This dealership is easily the worst I've dealt with in my entire life. More
