Made and appointment to test drive a car. On the way to the dealer they called to say the car was sold the evening before. Would have been nice to have that info earlier, but at least they called. The fellow I was dealing with was gone by the time of my return ("moving cars"), even though I expressly told him that I wanted to discuss with him different engines. Upon return from the drive, two other sales personnel descended upon me. Each saying they would now be working with me (is the better term 'working ON me'). Seems to be a Land Rover bait and switch of sales personnel - and I don't know why the tactic is used. Happened at two other ones. One lures you in, others take the 'bait' (customer). Why can't they be honest about this tactic? I doubt "moving cars" is more important than a potential customer willing to drop $90k on a vehicle. Too sleazy. I left and found a great car at another, more honest, dealer. More

Everyone is friendly and helpful, but communication could be better. I waited over a week for parts, which isn’t necessarily the fault of the dealership. However I didn’t hear from anyone for 5 days - I only be better. I waited over a week for parts, which isn’t necessarily the fault of the dealership.
