Claudius made me feel at ease and was patient and went over every detail with me. I never felt like he was being persistent, pushy, or pressuring me to make a decision either way. He was friendly, we had the same sense of humor and this was the best car buying experience ever. It was honestly fun. I felt like Claudius was authentic and honest with the whole process and he went out of his way to find me a price range that I felt comfortable with. He even stayed late past his shift and never had me feeling rushed. More
