Steve clearly explains to me what is being serviced on my Rover and the associated costs to perform the service. There is a Land Rover dealership much closer to my office, but I prefer to deal with Steve b/c of his professionalism and his honesty. Whenever I bring my LR2 in ( appt or not) for service or question Lindsay is always there to help. She goes above and beyond to accommodate every issue which are very few. I leased a car from Princeton Land Rover in 2008. The sales process was wonderful. Since that time, I have had exceptional service with the staff who is always friendly and accommodating - even with last sales process was wonderful. I own a 07 LR3 and called for a service appointment as I was going to be in Princeton on business. Lindsay Lefkus could not have been more helpful in setting up the last minute appointment. Paul Berube was also helpful in diagnosing the issues which turned out to be simple maintenenance. The dealership is friendly and offers a nice customer waiting area. More

The service I got was absolutely top notch. I bought this vehicle from Princeton a couple months ago, even though I live in CT, simply because every step of the way I was dealt with properly. Then wh this vehicle from Princeton a couple months ago, even though I live in CT, simply because every step of the way I was dealt with properly. Then when I needed a repair I took it to my local dealer twice but they couldn't fix it and also hardly cared. Rather than send it to them a 3rd time I called Princeton and they drove out, picked it up, fixed it and rushed it back to me so I could have it before the w/e. Bottom line is they honored the committment they made to me when they sold me the vehicle. AND to top it off, they not only washed it but they vacuumed it as well. So I am great shape for this weekend's road trip. This is how you run a business! When I upgrade, I will drive the hour and a half and buy from them again. Thanks More

Was able to secure a service appointment within a day. They were able to complete the service within a day. Only comment - use color plastic gloves instead of black. I've been dealing with LR Princeton for over 10 years, with three different vehicles. In every case, they have met or exceeded my expectations. I've found the service staff to be very knowledgeable with with three different vehicles. In every case, they have met or exceeded my expectations. I've found the service staff to be very knowledgeable with regard to the required service intervals, and helping to resolve questions. In one particular case, my LR needed a part that was not immediately available, and since I was leaving on a trip the next day, they removed the part from another vehicle and sent me on my way without any delay in my schedule!! I would not take my LR anywhere else!! More
