Let's face it; knowing you need to bring your car in for repairs usually amounts to money you did not want to spend and news you do not want to hear. While all of that is typically true; the flip side for repairs usually amounts to money you did not want to spend and news you do not want to hear. To be greeted with a smile, walked through the process (in detail) receive updates via phone and a "Good Morning" your car is finished turns a seemingly dreaded task into a pleasurable customer service experience. Dave was wonderful to work with. His sense of humor could brighten any day and his passion for his work is evident in the way he cares for his customers. Anyone can have one good day but to keep it consistence over so many years, that is impressive. I have come in contact with most of the folks there and without exception they are all wonderful to work with. Ritz Carlton has a motto, "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen." I think that fits them perfectly! My father purchased his first Ranger Rover from Jorge Figueroa over 15 years ago and we have been going back to him ever since. My Land Rover LR2 needed to have the front brakes replaced. I called Steve Cronin, a service advisor, mid-week and he scheduled me for early Friday morning. The service was prompt and efficient (on replaced. I called Steve Cronin, a service advisor, mid-week and he scheduled me for early Friday morning. The service was prompt and efficient (only 1 1/2 hours). Steve even applied a 10% discount for the repair. Although I did not purchase my LR2 there, I have been very pleased with the excellent quality of the service through the years. Steve is a true professional! More
My 30 K service was scheduled for today. Arrived,saw Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. Returned 3 hrs later and on my Jorge(GM) who got Dave( a new Service Manager) and loaner car was ready. Dave was very accommodating and attentive. Returned 3 hrs later and on my way with a washed LR. All visits to Princeton LR are great weather buying or service. This is a 5 star dealer! More
