Jorden and the staff were wonderful. I had problems in the past with the old service manager as well as very long wait times for repairs and service. One time it was 18 days... However this time I had my the past with the old service manager as well as very long wait times for repairs and service. One time it was 18 days... However this time I had my LR-3 back in a day and a half with more work and repairs than when I had to wait 18 days. The new dealership truly goes “above and beyond”!! Randy was awesome! I had an issue with an electronic management module in my F-Type and unannounced showed up at Princeton Jaguar Service figuring I would need to make a I had an issue with an electronic management module in my F-Type and unannounced showed up at Princeton Jaguar Service figuring I would need to make an appointment for a later date. Randy, however, asked if I was willing to wait for a bit and he would squeeze me in. Roughly 40 minutes later Randy informed me that the module was reset, my car was washed and ready to go, no charge. Good customer service is so rare these days and I was impressed with Randy’s approach, demeanor and excellent communication skills. Kudos Princeton Jaguar and thanks a bunch Randy! More

I have been waiting for Jaguar to join the Land Rover of Princeton dealer since it was announced. I have had an issue with my Jag for several years and the other dealer misdiagnosed it and failed to fix it. One trip to Jaguar Land Rover Princeton and PROBLEM SOLVED! These folks are the best. They are honest, fair and fix the problem right the first time. Highly recommend! Jordan kept me informed and we talked through the issue. The dealership was more than fair on pricing out this fix.
