Even though I leased my Jaguar XF from Ray Catena, I was not impressed with their customer service. So when I had a few issues to discuss about the vehicle, I stopped by the Princeton dealership and was gre not impressed with their customer service. So when I had a few issues to discuss about the vehicle, I stopped by the Princeton dealership and was greeted by Mr. O'Brien from the Sales side. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car (and the entire product line), had a disarming style and offered to bring me over to the service department to make an introduction and help with an early appointment. I was able to get an appointment that met my needs and it turned out that little actually needed to be done to resolve my issues. There was no charge for the analysis....which I assume was Mr. O'Brien's doing. I will be back when the time comes for a new car. More
