Very quick, efficient, and pleasant. We found our car on an internet search. I called the dealerhip and was routed to Karen Gillespie. . She answered all of my questions accurately. If Karen was busy with another customer her associate ,Ken I think, took over for her. We forgot to bring the car title that we were trading in and had to drive back home (approximately 30 miles) to get it; despite that we offered to deposit whatever amount they wished to allow us to bring the car title the next day.
